SHADOW PUPPET PARTIES
for KIDS!!

NEW CLASS!! Raise will be hosting a shadow puppet workshop for little kids on 4 Friday afternoons this October. Come for one, come for all!

Shadow puppet party girl Raise Plow hosts shadow puppet parties for children aged 4-11. workshops include an interactive puppet show by Raise, creating your very own shadow puppets, noisemaking, and bringing the puppets to life on a super shadow screen.

Raise also performs tabletop puppetry, life-size puppets, and dances on stilts for events.

Kate Brehm has taught puppetry in New York City schools through Shadowbox Theatre and Arts Connection from 2004 -06. She taught a 6 week puppetry course for families at the Brooklyn Arts Exchange in 2005. She co-directed the children's theater troupe, Solidarity Kids from 1998-2000 in Minnesota, and taught puppetry and masks in Minneapolis elementary and high schools in 1999. She is currently teaching storytelling to disabled students in London in conjunction with Smartlabcentre's TRUST project.
